A Curious Soul, A Relentless Alchemist,
A Mirror of Presence, A Guide of Compassion
a little about me…
I am humbled to be considered a compassionate personal and community guide. I am a dedicated advocate for mental health, a certified death doula and an accredited facilitator. I am committed to supporting individuals through life’s most profound moments. My focus is on providing holistic care for those navigating mental health and wellness, grief, dying and death, along with a wider range of societal and cultural challenges. I believe in creating space for healing conversations, hosting monthly community circles that explore the intersections of love, loss, and the human experience.
As a speaker, my greatest pride is my TED talk, The Mythical Man, where I challenged traditional narratives around masculinity and emotional expression using my own experience as a foundation. My written and speaking work extends to a wide range of topics, including but not limited to those mentioned.
A lover and writer of poetry and essays, I love to explore themes of vulnerability, connection, and the shared human journey. Whether as a public speaker or in intimate gatherings, I seek to bring authentic presence that invites others to explore the complexities of life, death, and the emotional landscapes in between.
